Pictures of refurbished shock shown in last five photos - excellent quality, restored to new condition with only slight scratches from prior mounting. Our rear shock conversion kit is designed to extend the lower shock mount by 5 1/2 inches, allowing the ability to upgrade your youth quad's small shocks to 12.5" - 13.5" length shocks. This kit includes an adjustable bracing bracket to provide adjustability between models and axle bracing for added strength.

We have tested compatibility with: Kawasaki 90/50, Honda 90, Raptor 90/50, and Outlaw 110/90. Additionally, the kit is designed to be modular and should work with any quad whose rear axle is within 3-5 of the lower shock mount. To find this measurement, measure the distance from the center of the lower shock mount to the center of the rear axle. The only exception we have found so far with compatibility has been for the Suzuki 90 (which has an oddly shaped rear axle case which prevents our kit from fitting, we will be creating a unique shock conversion kit for the Suzuki) and the Honda TRX90 (which has a large plastic storage container that may need to be cut away/removed for certain installations).

If you would like to use this kit with a Honda TRX90, the kit is compatible but may require cutting out the plastic storage area below the seat. The shocks are adjustable in length by unscrewing and adjusting the lower shock eye, in preload by using the included tool to tighten the ring at the top of the coil spring, and adjustable in rebound by turning the knob just below the coils and above the shock eye (you will hear up to 24 clicks for adjustment).
